STEIN-HT Group

Principally the group is involved in the construction of all kinds of diaphragm-walls, slurry walls and barrettes. The special foundation works have been centralised in the STEIN HT GmbH Spezialtiefbau since 1982.

As a privately owned, family run business we are capable to construct challenging building pits or retaining walls due to our vast experience and our well trained experts.

In Germany we occupy a staff of approximately 40 skilled foundation workers. On our foreign construction sites we reinforce our skilled workers with some local labourers. As we are fully committed to quality, we will only employ locals up to such a level, that quality of the delivered work is not impeded.

We own a vast and modern collection of equipment as all our profits are always reinvested in new machines and equipment. For the excavation- and crane work we employ Liebherr crawler cranes. At this moment we engage 10 of these Liebherr crawler cranes world-wide. In Germany we have the following types at our disposal: Liebherr 8130HD, Liebherr HS8100HD, Liebherr HS875HD and Liebherr HS855HD.
All the other equipment, needed for the construction of diaphragm walls and slurry walls, is fabricated by an affiliate company, the MFS Maschinenfabrik Gmbh & Co KG, in Wilhelmshaven. They construct this equipment not only for us, but also for sale to other world wide customers.

The scope of specialised equipment and products comprises:

desanding installations and pumps for all liquid media on site

stop end constructions in widths from 600 mm to 1.500 mm, incl. accessories

further equipment for special underground constructions like guide wall protections, bentonite guards, guide wall spreads and many more

A close cooperation between these two companies assures that each project has the most appropriate equipment on site. For special circumstances it is even possible to design and build a completely new piece of equipment contributing to the never ending innovation in our line of work.

The complete group, consequently also STEIN HT GmbH Spezialtiefbau and affiliate companies, operates without any bank- or external financing. We are totally free of debts and due to the available cash flow we are able to execute all the signed contracts and this within the range of the agreed upon payment terms.
